Der Rettichfestlauf ist Teil des alljährlichen Rettichfest am ersten Juniwochenende in Schifferstadt. Traditionell wird der Lauf als Stadtlauf am Samstagabend durchgeführt. Neu ist seit 2013 die Staffelwertung im Hauptlauf, bei der Vereine, Firmen und sonstige Interessierte aufgerufen sind, die Strecke auf bis zu 6 Läufer aufzuteilen. Zusätzlich wird seit 2015 ein Walkinglauf angeboten.
